Mdm Angeline Tong was struck by panic attacks ans sought help from Club HEAL, a social service agency supported by Community Chest that helps participants gain a sense of acceptance, coping skills, resilience and confidence.

PROGRAMME TYPES WE SUPPORT

Employment Support

Support persons with mental health conditions overcome the challenges through rehabilitation services and counselling.

168 clients were employed for at least six months.

Suicide Prevention and Intervention

87% of callers, felt less distressed after calling the suicide hotline.

Counselling and Emotional Support

1,256 clients had reduced in emotional or psychological distress and saw improvement in coping with a relationship that was troubling them.
