  3. NCSS reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in NCSS's sole discretion.

Governing Law
  1. These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Donations
  1. There is a minimum donation amount of $1.
  2. Community Chest does not impose any maximum limit on the donation. However, such donations may be subject to the transaction limits imposed by your choice of payment method e.g. limits may be imposed by third party service provider such as banks, Paypal and eNets. The limit for each Credit Card and eNets transaction is S$50,000. The limit for each Paypal transaction is S$10,000.
  3. Donation transactions must be made using the means specified by Community Chest.
  4. If you have specified your desire to remain anonymous, Community Chest will honour your anonymous donations. However, the anonymous donation is not eligible to tax deductions.
